  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
