  • 4 pieces low carb tortillas

  • 150 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams mixed salad greens
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the halloumi cheese into even slices, about 1 cm thick.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
