Ingredients

  • 250 grams Halloumi cheese
  • 150 grams Mixed salad greens
  • 150 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 10 grams Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Slice the halloumi cheese into 1 cm thick slices.

Step 3

Brush each halloumi slice with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
