  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C).

Wash the green bell peppers thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Cut the green peppers into quarters. Remove the seeds and membranes for a clean and even grill.
