  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas
  • 4 large pieces romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 pieces cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 0.5 small red onion
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chicken to coat it well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
