Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Low-carb slider buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create two thinner cutlets, resulting in four chicken pieces total.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture evenly over each chicken cutlet.

Step 3

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the chicken cutlets on the grill.

Step 4

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Step 5

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the slider toppings. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, slice the tomato and avocado.

Step 6

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

Step 7

Assemble the sliders by placing each grilled chicken piece on a low-carb bun. Top with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, avocado slices, and a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Step 8

Serve the sliders warm and enjoy your healthy, low-carb meal!
