  • 2 stalks green onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, and crack in the egg. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Finely chop the green onions and add them to the mixture along with the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each one into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. Place the patties on a plate and cover them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape during grilling.
