Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 whole zest of lemon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Trim the green leaves from the cauliflower and cut the stem so the base of the cauliflower is flat. Cut the cauliflower vertically through the core into 3/4-inch thick 'steaks'. You should be able to get 2 to 3 sizable steaks from one cauliflower head.

Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper.

Finely chop the fresh parsley and fresh thyme. Mince the garlic cloves.
