  • 0.5 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons Stevia or erythritol-based sweetener
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).

Step 2

2. Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs for better flavor absorption and tenderness.

Step 3

3. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper.

Step 4

4. Rub the ribs evenly with olive oil, then coat them with the spice mixture ensuring all surfaces are covered.

Step 6

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 2.5 hours or until the ribs are tender.
