Ingredients

  • 2 medium Rutabaga
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olive tapenade
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 to serve Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel the rutabagas and cut them into fry-shaped sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.
