Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.75 cup granulated erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, granulated erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and dark chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream.

Step 5

Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously to combine.

Step 6

Gently fold in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

Step 7

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

Step 9

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Step 10

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
