  • 30 grams Coconut flour
  • 10 grams Psyllium husk powder
  • 10 grams Baking powder
  • 50 grams Unsalted butter
  • 100 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 50 grams Granulated erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 grams Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Melt 50 grams of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add heavy cream and 3 large eggs. Mix well.
