  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of almond flour, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.

Step 3

Microwave the mixture on high for about 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and stretchy.

Add 1 large egg, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
