Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 whole large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are fully melted and can be easily mixed together.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried parsley.

Add the flour mixture to the melted cheese and knead the mixture into a dough. It will be sticky, so you may want to use lightly greased hands.
