Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered erythritol sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 0 food coloring (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with erythritol sweetener using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until a dough forms.
