Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Avocado oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix until all dry ingredients are well combined.

Step 2

Add the egg and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour, one tablespoon at a time.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Form each portion into a ball and set aside.

Step 4

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil for frying.

Step 5

Place one dough ball on a sheet of parchment paper. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and roll out the dough into a thin circle, approximately 6 inches in diameter.

Step 6

Carefully remove the top parchment paper and transfer the tortilla into the hot skillet.

Step 7

Fry the tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 8

Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Repeat with the remaining dough balls.

Step 9

Serve warm with your favorite toppings or fillings.
