  • 12 pieces Large shrimp, cooked and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 medium Lime, juiced
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all fresh ingredients. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Julienne the cucumber and red bell pepper, ensuring they are about the same length for uniform assembly.

Slice the avocado thinly and set aside with the cucumber, red bell pepper, shrimp, and fresh herbs (cilantro and mint).
