Ingredients

  • 300 grams fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium English cucumber
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 15 grams fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and drain the bean sprouts under cold water and set aside.

Thinly slice the red bell pepper and cucumber into julienne strips.
