  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese

  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce
  • 20 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Extra mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 5 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 large egg, 1.5 cups almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon salt.
