  • 20 grams Coconut flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 100 grams Unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 50 grams Full-fat cream cheese
  • 100 grams Bacon slices
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chives

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, egg, olive oil, salt, and water. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to a thin rectangle or oval shape, about 1/4-inch thick. Transfer to the prepared baking tray.
