Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and psyllium husk powder.

3. Chop the cold unsalted butter and cream cheese into small cubes and add to the flour mixture.

4. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, combine the butter and cream cheese into the flour mixture until a crumbly texture is achieved.
