Ingredients

  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 10 grams Psyllium husk powder
  • 10 grams Baking powder
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 30 milliliters Olive oil
  • 120 grams Greek yogurt
  • 80 milliliters Water
  • 10 grams Sesame seeds
  • 5 grams Nigella seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, Greek yogurt, and water until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Step 5

Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently. If the dough is sticky, sprinkle a little more almond flour.

Step 6

Shape the dough into a flat oval shape about 1 cm thick and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7

Using a knife, score a crosshatch pattern on the top of the dough, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Step 8

Sprinkle the sesame seeds and nigella seeds evenly over the top of the dough.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
