Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 4 medium Radishes
  • 0.5 cup Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Sumac
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber if desired. Slice it in half lengthwise, then into thin half-moons. Add to the bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the salad bowl.
