  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 500 milliliters Oil for frying

Step 1

Rinse the melinjo seeds under cold water to remove any debris or dust.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the melinjo seeds. Boil for 20 minutes until the seeds soften slightly.

Drain the seeds and allow them to cool down for a few minutes.

Once cooled, remove the husks from the melinjo seeds using your fingers or a small knife.

In a food processor, pulse the melinjo seeds until they become a paste-like consistency.
