  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 5 pieces Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the eggplants into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Sprinkle both sides with salt and let them sit on a paper towel-lined surface for 20 minutes to draw out moisture.
