Ingredients

  • 1 slice low-carb bread slice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Use a round cookie cutter or a small glass to cut a circle out of the center of the low-carb bread slice.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
