Ingredients

  • 150 grams Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 75 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 4 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and heavy cream until well combined.

Step 4

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to form a dough.

Step 5

Sprinkle a little almond flour on a clean surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle about 0.5 cm thick.

Step 6

Cut the dough into eight evenly-sized rectangles.
