Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 large Egg
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 0.5 cup Pizza sauce
  • 16 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, oregano, salt, and garlic powder.

Step 3

Add eggs and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
