Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 2

Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.

While the beef cooks, prepare the vegetables. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces, halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the red onion, and stack pickles.

Step 4

Grate the cheddar cheese and dice the avocado.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to create the burger sauce.

Step 6

Once the beef is cooked, remove the skillet from heat and set aside.

Step 7

Assemble the bowls: start with a bed of romaine lettuce, then add a quarter of the cooked beef on top.

Step 8

Arrange cherry tomatoes, red onion, grated cheddar cheese, pickles, and diced avocado around the beef.

Step 9

Drizzle the burger sauce over the top of each bowl.

Step 10

Serve immediately and enjoy!
