Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
In another bowl, beat the eggs until foamy, then add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
