  • 0.25 cups coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 cups erythritol
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, erythritol, and salt.
