  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
