Ingredients

  • 120 g Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dill, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp Capers

Directions

Step 1

Wash the cucumber thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the cucumber into long, thin strips, about 2 mm thick. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
