Ingredients

  • 0.5 head Green cabbage
  • 0.5 head Red cabbage
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the green and red cabbage using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrot, then add it to the bowl with the cabbage.

Step 3

Deseed and thinly slice the red bell pepper. Add the slices to the bowl.
