  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Cold unsalted butter
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 8 slices Sliced ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Seed or nut milk (optional for dough brushing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
