  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 4 slices Ham slices
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese slices
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for an additional 30 seconds if needed, until completely melted and smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
