  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 100 milliliters Olive oil or avocado oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel the yams and use a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife to cut them into thin, even slices about 1/4 inch thick.

In a shallow dish, mix together coconut flour, almond flour, salt, ground black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
