Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

In a separate small bowl, beat the egg with 2 tablespoons of water until well blended. This will act as the binding agent for the snack sticks.

Slowly pour the beaten egg mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring continuously. Mix until a dough forms. The dough should be firm enough to hold together but not too wet.
