  • 1.5 cups Grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the grated mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.

Microwave the cheese mixture for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds, or until the cheese is melted and can be easily stirred together.
