Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast fillets
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0 as needed Coconut oil or olive oil spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the chicken breast fillets into thin strips, approximately 1-2cm wide, to form goujons.

Step 3

In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
