Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Coconut oil or another low smoke point oil, for frying

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sharp cheddar cheese. Mix well until the cheeses are thoroughly combined and form a cohesive mixture.

Add the egg to the cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

Step 3

In another small bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Gradually add the almond flour mixture into the cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.

Once the mixture is ready, shape the cheese mixture into 1-inch balls. You should have approximately 24 cheese balls.
