Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the whites in a mixing bowl and the yolks in a separate bowl.

Whip the egg whites with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
