Ingredients

  • 500 grams Frozen green peas
  • 30 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 60 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 10 grams Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Add the frozen green peas to the boiling water and cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender.

While the peas are cooking, mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh mint leaves finely.
