  • 2 large Lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 packages (7 oz each) Shirataki noodles
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the lobster tails. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the center of each shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat out. Season the meat lightly with salt and pepper.

In a large pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the lobster tails, meat side down, and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Remove the lobster from the pan and set aside.
