  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place cauliflower florets in a food processor and pulse until they resemble rice.

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 5 minutes, until cooked and tender.
