  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz low-carb pasta
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken breast. Slice into thin strips, about 1/2 inch thick. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
