Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 10 ounces Cremini mushrooms
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
