  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts and sear them until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
