  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Zucchini

  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pot. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
