Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, discarding the core. Steam the cauliflower for about 5-7 minutes until tender but not mushy. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring constantly until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Step 4

Add the dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the sauce, stirring until well combined.

Step 5

Gradually add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Step 6

Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce evenly over the top, making sure all the cauliflower is well coated.

Step 7

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
